Return Policy:

  • Orders can be returned within 10 days of the order being received. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of the items. All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. Returns after 10 days of being received will not be accepted. Processing Time:

  • Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing.

Shipping Time:

  • All orders are shipped within 7-14 business days from the time of order confirmation.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • FLLWRS is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if you encounter any issues with delivery, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve the situation with the carrier.
